Nutty, creamy, fresh, rich and elegant. Has a weightlessness to it and good complexity. I picked up a yeast note to it that I appreciated as this isn't citrus driven. Mineral finish is both graceful and intense...very nice, though not ideal for the long haul.

Dinner with Friends (FMIII in the OC): Color is light golden. Bubbles are medium/+ size and there is a foamy texture. The nose is like walking into a French bakery, very strong aromas of fresh baked bread. The bread flavor only intensifies when tasted but much more similar to sour dough. Mouthfeel and finish is light/medium.
