Virtual CdP Tasting (Home): Dark garnet red color. PNP, drank a glass over two hours. Ripe black almost purple fruits, lots of pencil, spice, pepper, cedarbox, vanilla. The palate is a little high toned, black cherry liqueur, plum, woodsy, pencil, and a spicy finish. There's a lot character here. Very nice.

The bouquet presents a whiff of grape Jolly Rancher candy and the palate is loaded with ripe fruits, herbs and beef bouillon. MCSAC67's tasting note nailed the flavors, but the alcohol seems to have worn off because this did not seem as hot as previous profiles' experiences. Delicious and interesting wine.

Strong and flavorful. Full bodied, rich and suave mouthfeel with tannins fully integrated. However, alcoholic content feels too high and out of balance, which might benefit from more aeration.

Blackish Rhone blend. Aromas of raspberry, plum and a bit of olive. Silky texture with round tannins. Flavors of raspberry, plum, chocolate, white pepper, green olive, a bit of creme caramel and beef. Long finish. Excellent wine. A bit stout in alcohol content, but not too hot.
