  1 h after opening. Complex aromas of strawberries, cherries, roses, and spices. Palate folllows the aromas with brightness and wild brambles as best as I can describe it. There is a profound sense of depth, a seriousness, and completeness to this wine that commands your attention. It's the opposite of the happy-go-lucky character of most roses. Went really well with steak salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Really like this and will hold the last bottle for a couple more years to see how this ages further.

  Wonderful. I wish I had more and could continue the Bandol rosé aging curve experiment. Complex aromas of fruit and savory elements that verge with air on the animal fur of aged red Bandol, and cinnamon. Perfect balance and grace on the palate, just lovely in texture. There is real potency that is based on good material, nothing artificial. Finish is long and spicy and snappy with acidity. Lovely lovely wine.

  Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2014-02; Provence (@ JC): This wine is made of 70% Mourvedre and 30% Cinsault. In the bouquet raspberries and grapefruit. On the palate red berries, soft acidity and some bitterness. A tasty and friendly wine.

  Still kickin, picked up a bit of a bitter edge. Went very nicely with a rich fish dish. Would like to get some more of these to age more.
