  Golden colour. (I can't share my honest opinion on this particular colour from the medical world of amoled bodily fluids.)
  Aroma of dark earth, white flowers, dried straw and a hint of overly mature apples.
  In the mouth this is a slightly hefty and clumsy bugger. Acids are in the lowest register which renders the wine wobbly. However, there's also a lot going on here: cookie crust and the beautiful round richness of maturing white Bdx and almost no sighting of the brown apples. A bit of earth and a lovely subtle set of aromas that I can only describe as "high quality candy".
  
  Had it had a more lively acidic structure, the plumpness woulld not be here. Still, quite amazing what this humble AOC produces on its basic level.
