A white BDX property I am not familiar with, until now. On nose: faint green apple, chalk and a ghost of white florals. On palate:all above notes slightly enhanced, with blanched almonds, fresh celery, and muted grapefruit peel coming to the fore. All this displayed on a medium body, with fairly high, fresh acidity at 6 years of age, after a 1 hour decant. The civilized alcohol reading(12.5%) plus the scant amount of fruit reminded me more of a Muscadet Sevre& Mairne than a white from Graves. Good shellfish wine , but pricey at $36.00 in Vancouver. Drink now....may not have the stuffing for longer aging.

Straw yellow. Apple. Floral. Good acidity. Long mineral metallic finish. Usually BBs pair well with white cheeses but this conflicted with almost all. Only Camembert was good.

Yellow gold. Granny Smith and passion fruit on the nose. Mild acidity, a bit harsh on palate at finish.

Yeah not the worst or best, serviceable with right food, flabby/flat solo.
