  Perfect fill level, bought at auction Jan 2023.
  Dense vivid colour. Elegant nose, blackberry and warming spices, a good touch of wood.
  
  5 min poured: elegant, sleek, medium bodied.
  15 min poured: tobacco nose. on the palate elegant, opening up with warm wood and cherry. light bodied and surprisingly short.
  25 min: Softening and opening up on that back of the palate. light-to-medium body. Astringent, not much fruit. Not much grip at the front either.
  30 min: I have no experience with this as a young wine, but this appears weakened by age, and this is not made up by complexity or ageing notes.
  
  I will pour this next time (bottle on Coravin) with more time in the glass. Summary: nice, but not special. Would not buy this again, considering the price.

  A medium bodied Shiraz. Dark fruit on the nose. Blackberry and dark fruit on the palate. Smooth. Soft tannins. Hits of mineral. Ready to go, but will go the distance too.

  Dark colour. Balsamic vinegar on the nose with prunes. Heavy thick and rich full bodied flavours on the palette with medicinal notes and earth - as if this was forged in a furnace! Lacks freshness and seems a bit overdone even if the ABV is just 13.5%. N.B. I do not think this was a faulty bottle as none of the 5 other experienced tasters thought so - merely not my cup of tea.

  这是到现在为止喝过的最不澳洲的shiraz，虽说有一丝甜美但并不过。以黑果为主导，伴随一丝烟熏。甚至闻到brett味道，增加了复杂感。单宁中等，以澳洲shiraz而言酸度较强，以北隆而言酸度中等，属于OK范围。这是各方面挺平衡的澳洲西拉。
