A very aromatic Vanilla oak but kind of bitter with hints of faint salt ,no sugar which is weird, all but bitterness and the numbness of alcohol, destroys the wine as a whole, nose is a lovely Bordeaux scent for red, rose petals, cherry, color is ink black, same as other people here, the taste changed different after some hour, weird 8 yrs in the botle no cigar box scebnt yet, not a good pair with tomato, tried cheese aged ambert, and gorgonzola, a so so wine, not a good stuff for me, very unbalanced. Completely one phase only, No fruit in to mouth water with plus the price is harsh, o and btw it turns sour almost 3 hrs... Good luck

Fruity nose with blackcurrant and forrest fruits. Medium body, fruity with blackcurrant and dark berries, creamy vanilla, and spicy notes in the finish. Soft but distinct tannins, could do with a bit more acidity. Medium aftertaste. A solid Bordeaux for the price group.

light to medium bodied very soft mouthfeeling, typical merlot blend, in the beginning earthy and acidic but smoothens out after a while, licorice and plum but in fact not much fruit on the palate, leathery, soapy..maybe some wet autumn leaves. no secondary flavours which is unusual for a 7 year old cru bourgeoise..
Don't like that convulsive wanna please mouth feeling
