(12%) 100% Melon de Bourgogne – First tried the ’07 vintage of this Muscadet and was a fan. This one starts light with spiced acidity, lemon tang, and a mineral zing. From there more spice emerges on the finish that lingers on nicely for quite some time. Simple but clean and refreshing. A little too one dimensional for me but at $7 hard to fault it…
