  opened very nicely and the smell of crush filled my nose. Wine was very smooth with jus the right amount of fruit.

  PnP, 3 nights without decline. Agree with Erik. Sweet red berry fruit and soft on palate, little structure and unidimensional.

  tasty and jammy, with some zin like flavors, brown sugar, baked apples. some raisony flavors. Almost done with my 2004s. not my favorite vintage.

  Opened after dinner for jazz night. Color showing slight age, hues to some oranging. Splendid olfactory profile here - lush black fruits, harmonized oak, pepper grains, blood orange, fermenting strawberries. On the mouth initially some tartness, which is mellowing out with air, showing the same nasal flavors, on a solid core of fruit. Well balanced, long finish. Nothing over the top. Day two plus this netralized and densed out, without major improvement or decline.

  lovely example of sonoma coast pinot noir from one of the pioneers of the true sonoma coast. Delicious red fruits with and structured but supple tannins. Drink this wine now.
