82. Writing this a few days after drinking. Drier, some mineral not a lot of fruit. Probably a good compromise for oaky Chard fans and non-chard fans. Above average table wine basically.

An interesting wine. Soaves tend to smell and taste of freshly shucked corn ears, other grains, and pea pods. Agreeable taste profile. Steady, a good food wine.

A touch reductive maybe? Very mineral aon the palate, fruit driven for sure but with a strong back bone of minerality. Powerful stuff here. Very tasty.

The nose is lime zest, white flowers and sea spray with a palette of spicy acidity and a core of slatey minerals that leads to a green apple finish.

Really quite pretty, a good drink, but it lacks the searing acidity I normally want in a soave and actually tastes a bit like a sauvignon blanc.
