Pale lemon colour. Light nose with nectarine, peach and white flowers. Medium taste of nectarine, peach, ripe green apples and lemon. Medium long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. A good Soave that lacks some complexity in this vintage compared to previous ones. Goes well by itself or with fish or salads.

Not bad little number. It ain’t a Classico, good starting representative Soave. Definitely needs to be drunk now.
Boss with traditional carbonara.

Light brass. Sweet grapefruit nose - hint of brown sugar. Soft, lemon, grapefruit, short finish. Pleasant.
