  Color: medium garnet
  Nose: dry fruit: dry cherry and amarena. Against all odds, geranium. A little nut butter. With a bit of time and air anise and licorice, leather, a little raisin. Hints of black truffle and mushroom
  Palate: medium body, with medium-high acidity and resolved medium tannins. Good umami. The fruit is more alive and fresh than the nose suggests, and there is a super impressive crushed rock minerality. It has a thoroughly central-italian mold hint that would.make this a.banger with a slice of culatello
  Finish: medium-long
  
  This is fantastic, structure-driven but still enjoyable as a meditation number. Needs 2 hours of air and low temp

  Wonderful! Hardly any acids and very smooth. Great Easter Dinner wine

  As great as the first one I had a few months ago. 4.3 stars. Red fruit, dusty cherry, tar, rose petal, forest floor,and mushroom.

  A wonderful Brunello di Montalcino Riserva in it's prime drinking window. Smooth and refined. Red fruit, cherry, tar, rose petals, light leather, wet autumn leaves.
