  Loads of minerality and extremely fresh. This reminds me of a Sauveniere. A nice style in sharp contrast to other SB's.

  The basic Sauvignon Blanc of the Tement estate, nearly identical in style to the 2009 vintage. Very bright greenish yellow in color with a typical Sauvignon Blanc bouquet of grapefruit, gooseberries, green pepper and notes of celery. The refreshing and elegant palate displays nice green fruit, a good mineral texture and a lively acidity. Spicy, lemony finish. An excellent companion to asparagus and vegetable dishes. Drink it now through 2014.
  
  De instap- Sauvignon Blanc van het wijngoed Tement, bijna identiek in stijl met de jaargang 2009. Zeer licht groengeel van kleur, met de typische Sauvignon Blanc-neus van pompelmoes, kruisbes, groene peper en een vleugje selderij. Smaak: zeer verfrissend en elegant, vol groen fruit, met een mooie minerale textuur en geschraagd door een levendige aciditeit. Kruidige, citroenige afdronk. Een uitstekende begeleider van asperges en groenteschotels. Te drinken: nu tot in 2014.
