What a difference 8 years resting in the cellar has made! This is full bodied, well integrated, bursting with pear and other white fruit tastes and a floral nose. Low acid means that the unctuousness of this wine shines through. Wonderful wine!
This was my last bottle, but I'm leaving "one", so I can find this again.

Great QPR. Versatile wine. A little flat until paired with assertive, spicy food. Last night it was an Asian-themed chicken, pork, veggie, rice dish with a fair amount of spice/heat. The chile-based foods really enhance the wine and pulls out pineapple/melon/pear flavors.

Excellent QPR. Color in the glass is pale yellow-green. Complexity --fruit and mineral. Enough acidity to work well with a variety of foods. This was a wonderful surprise. Great with a spicy chicken dish and rice.

Based on Furmint, this wine has been judiciously blended with some yellow Muscat and Hárslevelü for added complexity and charm. This has worked very well; the resulting wine is fresh, appetising and harmonious, with a steely, mineral, appley core and aromas of ripe grapes, fruit and flowers. Lovely wine, excellent QPR.
