(13.5%) 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Shiraz, 5% Cabernet Franc – Dark, briary fruit (with green herbs) on the nose. Focused but ripe, red, candied fruit on the palate with a mineral spiced backbone leading to a creamy, vanilla finish showing finely grained tannins and a dustiness that make this a bigger but balanced ready accompaniment to any carnivorous meal. And yes that is one of the longer sentences in the world.

Not very full bodied for a cab, pleasant with light fruit, but more like a Pinot. Was expecting more intensity and tannins. For $12.99 it was ok.

Corked. Through the TCA, showed green pepper and minty eucalyptus notes.
