A Capella (Mirko’s Store): Much lighter and less sweet than what I would expect, black tea, orange, apricot. Light but still beautiful. I prefer the heavier style of Austrian Sweet Wines though

Popped and poured from split after storing in regular fridge for a while. This is the color of golden apple juice with a nose of orange peel and carmalized sugar. In the mouth, this is sweet and surprisingly fluffy, all with a citrus undertone. Overall, this is lighter in weight than I would have guessed. I'd like a bit more acid to balance the whole package. 90 points.

Ripe and marmaladey. Has a long life ahead of it. Almost infanticide to judge now, but undeniably there is greatness here.
