  Déguster hier pour bien finir la journée au travail
  
  Nez: Pêche, citron, lime, pomme verte. Aucune note de pétrole mais cela reste très frais au nez.
  
  Bouche: Belle attaque sur une acidité vive, bien tendu mais n'ait pas dépourvu de chair pour autant. Belle richesse avec un léger sucre résiduel, le tout balancer par l'acidité avec une belle minéralité en finale.
  
  Conclusion: Au vu du producteur et du millésime, je m'attendais a peu plus de richesse et de sucre mais le terroir(Schlossberg) domine le millésime mais ne refussant pas pour autant de la gourmandise. Très belle surprise pour ma part et c'est un gros coup de coeur! Mes 3 bouteilles vont tranquillement dormir car le potentiel de garde est là.

  Rootstock (Sydney, Australia): Mineral and slate with some light florals and lemon. The palate has very good depth and persistence. Has potential to improve with time.
