Tasted after 1 hour of air. Medium yellow color. A muted on the nose. Tropical fruits explode onto the palate. Tangy acidity. Nice balance. A hint of oak. Good persistence. This is ageing nicely. No reason to hold any longer but it still has a few years left in it.

(Januik Chardonnay Cold Creek Vineyard Columbia Valley) A moderately aromatic wine that draws you into the glass with pear, candy corn, and spice. The palate is creamy and full with drawn out fruit flavors. A tremendous Chardonnay.

Smooth. Slightly buttery and fruity, with a bit of acidity. Easy drinking Chard.
