Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Clear and bright, medium lemon-green colour with small bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity simple aromas of green apple, pear, neutral yeast and hints of green pineapple. It's off-dry in the mouth, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body, creamy mousse and medium intensity simple flavours of green apple, pear, neutral yeast and hints of green pineapple. Medium- finish. It's a good quality wine, but it fails to achieve balance between sweetness and acidity, it lacks complexity and the finish could be longer, however it has a decent concentration and shows typicity. Drink now, not suitable for ageing.
