  Medium straw. Uniform bubbling with small bubbles spread over the whole volume of the glass (not just centrally). Fruity nose with citrus fruit, pears some stone fruit and herbs. Mid-bodied with bright fruit, freshness and balancing acidity but nowhere near the steelyness of a Champagne. Fairly long finish. A good fizzy at a reasonable price.
