  In de smaak prachtig in balans. Frisse zuren zijn nog aanwezig, maar de bloemigheid en rondborstigheid van de Elzas Pinot Gris is mooi aanwezig. De rijpe appel komt terug, ook wat rode pruim en wat rozijntjes.
