  With grilled pork chops, roast potatoes, fresh peas.
  Light ruby. Indistinct nose with a touch of yeast.
  Cherry on the palate, some acidity for freshness. Medium-light weight. A pleasant wine for summer meals, with medium/medium-short finish. Could be a nice aperitif or with light-weight food.

  Lots of acidity. This is a good food wine, with which it comes alive and shows its fruit.

  A little bitterness on the back end for the first hour, then it smoothed out and was very nice. Comparing it to Meiomi and even Alouette from Belle Glos which have a very sweet finish to them, like candied cherries. I like that ok but many do not. This is in the same price range and a clearly less sweet but just as well made.
