One of the two cleanest sans-soufre wines I've ever had (the other one is Forlorn Hope's L'Asino Santo 2013 Barbera). Only sorry I didn't plan better & either drink earlier for fresher primary floral aromatics or hold off for development. Subtle sous-bois with edge of brett upon opening, light kirsch character, best on third day & wish I could have saved at least a half-glass until tomorrow!

Worst poulsard I had for a long time. Completly out of balanced, taste cheap and bad, syrupy, even feel some alcohol heat at 12%!!
