Nose red and dark fruit, cassis with mineral tones. Concentrated taste, red fruit, lot of weight, long finish with round tannins. This wine has more concentration and weight than other Fourrier wines I have had so far that were lighter on their toes. Fine to very fine.

Now here's a wine that does not avoid the downside of 2011. Oddly dark and ripe and sweet in fruit profile, but it lacks concentration, has a strong green note, and turns bitter and short on the finish, with gritty tannins. Nothing here to suggest Chambolle. This is not very good, and the third disappointing 2011 Fourrier I've had.
Big and bold black cherry flavors on the palate with a ripe nose of red fruit. I think this wil develop into a higher scoring wine with several more years in the cellar

Black cherry, spice and a bit of earthiness. Got better all night long.

Potent nose of sweet dark fruits. More structured and less nuanced than Fourriers gevrey wines. Wait to see of this comes together with time.
