  This is in a very nice place now. Cherry/red flavors, subdued but still rich at the same time. Spice, nice nose with maybe a little cut grass. Very lovely with grilled salmon, grilled red snapper and cilantro rice.

  Tasted with two other new world pinot noirs(Montes Alpha Pinot-noir 2006 , and Kawarau Estate Pinot Noir 2006), a bit closed at the beginning, start to open up after 30 mins. A fine and well balanced bourgogne with red fruity nose as cherry and strawberries. The nose is firm and concentrated.
  When tasted in Riedel Vinum Pinot noir glass, smells of dusty earth, good structure with firm acidity and silky tannins. Compared with the two other pinot noirs tasted on that afternoon, this is my favorite.

  delicious, rich plum aroma shows its perfect time to drink it. Medium body yet rich texture with very balanced and integrated oak and medium to low acidity makes a smooth palate. short finish. Very suitable to pair with food.
