Well, its ready to be drunk, that is for sure. Earthy with the black pepper spiced fruit. I thought I would always find more occasions to drink it, but I guess not.

I really wasn't expecting much but this was simply amazing with allspice and thyme flavored pork tenderloin. A perfect match. And the wine is right in the pocket now. Glad I held onto some.

Absolutely beautiful. Garnet in colour, well-balanced palate with blackberry and persimmon overtones, full-bodied with no acidity, no sediment and a fine lingering finish.

Nice burgundy aromas, a bit light on the palate . Great acid fruit balance at 12 years

Monthly Tasting Group: Blind Pinots Worldwide (The Bungalow Club, Mpls): Medium dark red color, a bit murky. Drank a small glass blind over 30 minutes. Richer feel, dark fruit, nice textue and has some dried earth. High toned new world profile, fair.
