Very berry, berry, blackberry with deep ruby color, medium/full bodied bodied ... smooth and long tasty finish. Love 💕 to swirl in my mouth and taste the goodness! The wine has low acidity.
Unfortunately, went Ehlers web site and the winemaker left and it doesn’t look like they make it anymore 😢

Deep ruby color thinning slightly on the meniscus. Nose is juiced cherries and new leather. Some oak comes through. Flavors are reminiscent of the nose. Cherries leather and toasty oak. The tannins are remarkably subtle for a varietal petit verdict. Finish lingers and is delicious.

Decanted two hours. Somewhat muted nose, very dark in color, medium bodied with an acidic lift. Perhaps too much acidity without rescuing tannins. I'm a fan of Petit Verdot but nothing to warrant future purchase.

Nice deep taste. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

Like it, inky, red berries, good amount of tannins providing structure to the fruit.
