Very special evening tonight. 12 bottles of Echézeaux – 2011 where enjoyed, semi – blind, by a small group of Bourgogne lovers. Short notes on each wine. Forey, Lieux – dits: 39% Les Treux, 39% Clos St. Denis, 12% Les Quartiers de Nuits. Nose: Green stems, dusty minerals, raspberries, light oak spices. Palate: tart bred berries, sloe, cranberries, green and lean, almost under ripe, a bit boring. (89 – 90)

Syrlig röd frukt, stendamm, vanilj, mocca, paprika och gröna toner. Lite mer att önska.
