Light bright red. Restrained nose of red cherry, spice and cola. Delicious light weight cherry and earth flavours and a dry slightly ripe sweet finish but finishes dry.

Very pronounced, or its just the first drag of the day. Pretty Chambolle character, if a bit four square. Very young, will blossom I am sure. Reliable is the word that comes to mind.

At Bistro Jeanty. Approachable, delicious ...somewhat simple and one-dimensional but went very well with their coq au vin and salad lyonnaise.

Nose of yeast and dark berries. Smooth taste of sweet cherries and red fruit. Good acidity. Still young, but feels a bit light.

The workin' man's Chambolle for sure, no rough edges, not much flair either but in the end delivers great Chambolle character for a price.
