  Decanted for around 30 mins. Medium to dark ruby color. Nose of black cherry, black raspberry, touch of cedar. Aromas not jumping out of the glass but slowly coaxed out during dinner. On the palate is where this wine shines with absolute silky texture and mouthfeel and dark red fruit with hints of earth and spicy oak. Medium+ acid, medium tannin and body. Long finish. While quite enjoyable now, I think this wine will be even better down the road but unfortunately I only had the one bottle.
