this tastes more like sweet sacramental wine than a dry wine you want to drink, it's sweet, syrupy and no fun at all - if you still have some give it to your local priest to serve.

The nose bursts forward with black and red cherries, blueberries and plums and subtle undertones of vanilla and cream. The ripasso method has added richness to the palate, with soft and approachable tannins and greater complexity making it and an excellent companion for food.
