Tasting Group Dinner - Miscellaneous Whites (Sea Change, Minneapolis): More chiseled and leaner than the '05 Dauvissat Vaillons, tasted side-by-side (see TN). Slight reduction on the initial nose. Classically proportioned Chablis, not tropical in character like many '06s. Citrus fruit and a touch of hay/grass flavor. Well balanced with good acidity and a moderately long finish.

Nice balance of fruit, minerality, and acidity. Long finish. Paired well with shrimp and yellow rice. Wish I had more.

Light bodied. Green apple in the mouth. Good with food.
