(Novelty Hill Cabernet Sauvignon Stillwater Creek Vineyard Columbia Valley) Very locked up at present but with coaxing it reveals cherry, chocolate, toffee, and tea leaves. The palate is deliciously rich with chocolate and cherry flavors and velvety tannins.

10 years past vintage for an entry level cab... this is excellent. Writing this three weeks past consumption, didn’t take notes, just remembered it was delicious and extremely enjoyable.
