My only bottle that I've been ageing...and my son dropped it on the kitchen floor. ☹️
Well, I was able to salvage about a good swig. Advanced deep golden color to it. Smells like honeyed apricots, calvados, lemon, sliced almonds, and wet rocks. Full body, medium (+) acid, medium finish, with flavors of apple, lemon, lime, iron, and minerals. Pretty nice actually; wish I could finish the bottle.

Drinking extremely well right now. Little sign of aging. bright aromatics, good acidity, a well balanced wine. Excellent length and texture. Textbook Jurancon. Should drink well for another 5 + years.

Prior bottle was only last month, but given how well it showed, there was no reason for delay. Apricot, orange, pineapple and peach on the nose. Medium bodied (13.5% ABV) and unsurprisingly, nearly identical overall notes. A fun mix of orange, pineapple and mango upfront with apricot and peach behind, finishing with tart orange and light spices and honey notes. Impressed by how well the honey and spice qualities have integrated over the past nearly three years. Retains good acidity which creates the balance and roundness that mark this wine. I think it has some time left and will certainly evolve and change, but as the acidity declines, it will probably become less exciting overall. This was my final bottle and I'm pleased to have gone out on this high note.

Lacks acidity. Not my style, but our guests loved it. This bottle did not reveal the distinctive fruit described by previous reviewers.
