Spring Lamb with 20+ Years Old Bordeaux (Portola Kitchen Restaurant, CA): Nice golden yellow. Generous nose that is definitely showing some signs of oxidation and age. Excellent palate. Nice long finish. This was my first time tasting this wine and I was pleasantly surprise, despite the little oxidation on the nose.
