  Interesting. same score as the other cheap californian sauvignon blanc in my tasting notes. don't really have anything to say about this wine- nothing to it really. just neutral. I suppose one could say it's equally hard to like or dislike this wine. doesn't help that I sampled it from a plastic cup or that is wasn't properly chilled, but even given those factors, would not purchase again. sort of tries to achieve all the characteristics of a good sauv. without much success. Label claims flavors of pineapple and gooseberry (can anyone even tell me what a gooseberry tastes like?)- don't get any distinct fruit really. One could claim a dryness/ acidity in the finish, but that is not quite right either. Just doesn't hit the right notes with me. seem to have better luck with california reds.
