Aroma of apple and alcohol. Flavor lightly sour and lightly sweet, with a very bitter note in the finish, that lingers unpleasantly. I normally like bitterness in wines, but something about the bitter quality in this one I found off-putting. There is also an off aroma, I don't know how to describe it but it's something ever-so-slightly dank, like a faint moldy quality reminiscent of a basement.
I would not buy this one again, especially given how much I like the Pinot Grigio from Woodbridge, and any number of other Sauvignon Blancs in this price range, or even cheaper (I like Frontera's much better, and it's much cheaper).
It wasn't outright bad though, I still found it drinkable and enjoyable.
