This needs air, but after an hour this has a lovey gravelly, dry-dirt tang going on that really tastes of the soil. Punchy, tart cherries and red fruit at first but over time these ease off and what is left is like dusty, dry juice of soil. Left over night and this is actually much better the next day - decent value at £16 and has the legs to age a bit.

Dusty nose. Red fruit of reasonable concentration plus graphite and a little black pepper on the palate.
