As previously indicated: "A Rioja Viura rumoured to be blended with Garnacha Blanca and perhaps Verdejo, we enjoy sipping this easy-peasy, light, slightly oaked and citrussy flavored white, particularly when chilled like an equally light champagne. Simple, satisfying and a great palate-preparer for the bigger wines to come!" We dropped our rating as we thought a touch of unwelcome oak on the palate spoke to the likelihood we caught this unique wine a few months before being relegated to kitchen duty :-(

Majority Viura with 10% malvasia. Not like ldh. Way less Oxidized. Definitely got barrel. has rhone aromatics and sauv blanc acid. Don't know other wines like this. I had this young at the winery on oct. 2013 and now about 1.5 years later in the states. It definitely evolved over that time. Fuller and rounder now. Good wine for the price.

Pale golden color. Delicate, clear nose of citrus, apple, and tropical fruit. Palate brings hint of viura vinous petrol, then rolls into a longish juicy finish with enough arugula grip to make things interesting. A rather light-footed viura with a place among the region's more pungent (and expensive) beauties. Outstanding with dilled wild-caught salmon, roasted vegetables, and sharp gouda. Excellent QPR.
