Aromas of tiny sour berries, forest floor, spice and orange peal. Light to medium bodied on the palate, with bright acid, light tannin, great purity, sour berries, great finesse and length. Vitamin on the finish. Light, fine, elegant. Very Pinot. Love the nose but the palate doesn't have the tension I am looking for, rather dull. To be fair that is my experience with most Pinot's at this price.

a Burgundy- tasting: this more or less Beaujolais was the first, Gamay wines normally are not mine, this one with a nice fressness and minerality I found very drinkable, some fresh cherry notes, little banana, smooth swallowing, nice young Gamay, **- ?, 85- 87

Wine and Music Matching: Earth and raspberry, cinnamon and a real truffly aroma emerged. Palate has good impact, there is a light stalk note that runs throughout and keeps it from being too straightforward. Persistent and bright, this was rather good indeed.

Bright and a touch stalky. Different style to Griottes, but not necessarily better, although more cellarable.
