Wow this wine is drinking great right now. It is the definition of balance, an appropriately powerful front and nose of earth and fruit. Blackberry, tart cherries, and a hint of cassis. Mid palate is supple but not flabby. The finish is long and silky. Decanted for 1 Hour and drank with a pork belly and pork loin with a pork reduction and roasted potatoes.
