  Clear, pale gold in colour. the nose is clean with a medium intensity showing predominantly citric notes, grapefruit and lime, green pineapple, vanilla oak and green leaves. it is dry with a medium acidity, medium- alcohol, medium body and medium+ flavour intensity. Again the main flavours here are grapefruit and lime but there is also some stone fruit here, apricot or peach, notes of pear drops, vanilla and a medium toasty finish. Drink now or cellar. Will try the next bottle at the end of the year.

  Color amarillo ligeramente pajizo, brillante y fina lágrima abundante. En nariz muestra una buena intensidad con recuerdos de hierbas secas y flores blancas, cítricos maduros (limón y piel de pomelo amarillo), toques vegetales con hinojo fresco, suaves mentolados que le aportan una frescura y contrarresta el fondo terroso húmedo. Muy buena entrada en boca con una buena amplitud en todo su recorrido, goloso, fino, toque amargoso que se contrarresta con una fresca fruta cítrica (limón), fruta blanca algo verde, suaves tostados de la barrica, agradable y de medio volumen, buena acidez, ligero en su conjunto con cierta carencia de carácter y fuerza, media persistencia. Final medio, postgusto de fruta cítrica y retronasal suavemente ahumado.
  Buen conjunto, predomina su toque cítrico y fresco, muy vertical y poco complejo.

  Drank this at home with my in-laws to celebrate SG50.
  
  Made up of 50% Sauvignon blanc and 50% Sémillon. Refreshing with notes of peaches and some vanilla. Light golden in colour with a nose of apricot and cream. On the palate the wine presents nice acidity balanced with some white fruits.
