  Aus Jeroboam.
  Am Morgen geöffnet und kurz verkostet. Tolle ejer gelbfruchtige Nase, Stachelbeere & Weingartenpfirsich. Am Gaumen sehr schöne Balance und Frische.

  Das ist wunderschön jetzt - ich denke, man kann getrost von optimaler Reife sprechen.
  
  Die Nase sehr würzig/grasig. Etwas Minz und Zitrus.
  
  Am Gaumen tolle Balance, tragende Säure gepaart mit feinen Zitrusaromen, druckvolle, dichte Frucht nach Maracuja. Tolles, mineralisch/salziges Finale. Eine Wucht!
  
  Wenn man bedenkt, dass dieser Wein nicht zu den grossen Lagen von Tement zählt freu ich mich gleich noch mehr auf meine 2011er Zieregg, die noch im Keller schlafen!

  Tag 2 - deutlich mehr Charakter als der parallel verkostete Sancerre. Aber auch deutlich schwieriger zu kombinieren - präzise und blumige Südfrucht, Mango, Kiwi, auch Stachelbeeren... Scharfe, schneidende Säure und deutlicher Holzton. Ein charaktervoller, ausdrucksstarker SB!

  Tasted again now and it already shows some development. Very mineral, some cassis, good length. Fresh yet elegant aftertaste. Yeast is far more subtle now.
  
  It really began to evolve. Still a difficult wine it is starting to become a wonderful example for Styrian Sauvignon Blanc. Open a bottle this summer and save the rest until 2015 and beyond.

  Had this wine twice (one time at a tasting, then a bottle with my family at home). It's pretty big stuff from a great year, very intense, vibrant, great mouthfeel, medium length. Many typical Sauvignon attibutes, but so young it tastes like it's still in the making. Also some yeast in the nose.
  
  This is a Styrian Sauvignon Blanc with great potential, but at least for me it's way to young. I recommend to buy a case and forget it until 2016. It's worth it and will be 90+
