A private dinner (Restaurant Söl'ringhof **, Sylt, Germany): Magnum. From Wachenheim vines. Amazing basalt minerality, uncompromising, certainly not fruit-driven, still a bit reductive on the nose and with notes of spontaneous fermentation; dry and energetic, intense; good length. Very individualistic and really very good.
