  Kleur: Helder, strogeel.
  Aroma: Acacia, limoen, peer, meloen, abrikoos, vanile, honing en mineralig.
  Mond: frisheid en gele vruchten met overwegend zuren +1, molligheid +1/2, (fris tot vol) afdronk 4 a 5 sec. Geheel anders dan de klassieke pinot gris.
  Gerecht: geitenkaas, schaal- en schelpdieren, aperitief, champignons.
