  • St. Michael-Eppan is one of the
finest cooperatives in northeast Italy working with over 350 growers. The
wine is light, too light perhaps, which subtle pear, lemon, and lychee notes. Ok acidity but with a funky bitter and metallic aftertaste. Average bottle, not impressed especially for a Pinot Grigio.
