Flavors are citrus-forward, lemon/lime with notes of honey or apricot. Medium finish. Overall well balanced, but lacking in complexity - suspect it may be passing its prime.

Excellent minerality with classic grapefruit/citrus notes. Less intense, refined at the Bourgeois MD. Good with Cabillaud (cod) fish balls at Auberge du Port on the Loire.
