  La robe commence à devenir orangée. Le premier nez est très terrien, se développant sur des confitures de fraise, framboise, cerise noire. A l'aération, du poivre, des épices, relayés par des notes florales (pivoine). En bouche le vin est toujours aussi délicieux, frais, avec un toucher délicat. Une pointe de chaleur en finale accompagne des notes kirschées. Loin encore d'être en bout de course !

  Surprisingly light color, with a lovely tawny tone. Strawberry and honey in nose...almost like a sauternes. Honey, strawberry, and herbal qualities, with light minerality and considerable acid, with characteristic rhone spice and leather coming in after the initial attack. Interesting wine, something like a hybrid between a traditional cote du rhone and a northern burgundy.

La bouche est souple mais sans creux, délicieusement buvable, avec des nuances d'épices en finale. Le fond de bouteille le lendemain est tout aussi réjouissant, l'oxydation a un peu foncé la robe, les épices s'expriment davantage. Bref, vous l'avez compris, j'adoooore ce vin !

  Robe claire, brillante. Le nez explose en arômes de confiture de fruits rouges, fraise, framboise, puis quelques notes d'épices (réglisse, poivre). La texture en bouche est souple, glissante, de demi-corps mais délicieusement buvable. Pas un vin à garder, mais un régal aujourd'hui.
