  Hmm, this has a fair amount of color, there's a premox prelude on the nose, but it's more noticeable on the palate as a mild apple juice note. Even so, there is some nice flavor intensity and depth, with good balance and length, still drinkable and enjoyable.

  Light hay color, this has very nice medium intensity, slightly savory/saline notes, decent acidity, and excellent length as the finish tapers off slowly. Developing very slowly, still quite fresh and youthful. Beautiful wine.
  
  Interesting, as I read notes I wrote from several years ago, this bottle is clearly in much better shape than those were.

  Plenty of intensity, comes across fairly dry, with a good dose of acidity and minerality, though a hint of sweetness remains, and a bit of nice mouth-watering tartness to wrap it all up. Just a slight harshness to the acidity comes through on the finish. Fresh and vibrant, though shows some mild signs of age. Should be no problem to hold for a few years, though I think I will finish mine up in the next 1 or 2.

  Has some slight hints of oxidation on the nose, though a bit hard to tell; palate shows some good intensity, plenty of bright acidity, turning to chalky minerality on the finish, and some slight hints of oxidation at the tail end of the finish. Enjoyable, but I would be fearful of hanging onto this for more than another year or two.

  The label doesn't have a Sec or Demi-Sec designation, but at 14% alcohol, I'm assuming this is Sec. Just delicious, loaded with rich fruit, intense but not overly ripe; plenty of acidity, oozing minerality, fabulous balance, enjoyable and interesting to drink. Love it.
