Blackberry and blueberry fruit, then some tobacco and ever-so-subtle smoke notes. Well balanced finish. I really enjoyed this, but agree with the other tasters that it needs an hour or so to really open up.

As others have noted, this is a ripe, jammy, fruit forward Malbec. I bought this bottle in Buenos Aires after visiting the winery. After keeping it for a year, honestly I expected more. Should have bought their single vineyard offering while there though, as I think it's hard to find in the U.S. All that being said, it's enjoyable and a fine Argentine Malbec, clearly well made. For ~$20 in Argentina it's a good value but for $40 in NYC it isn't.

Very good. A little hot right out of the bottle but after an hour in the decanter it settled down nicely. Lots of dark fruit. Really nice. Went well with beef fajitas. Unfortunately, it was my last bottle.

Blackberry, cherry and plum with tobacco and spice- true representative of Malbec. Decanted for over an hour and the wine blossomed along the way. Enjoyed it with grilled Tuscan style T Bones and red pepper salad.

A jammy ripe btl.
Almost too ripe for my pallet, but well crafted nonetheless.
